SEN. JARIGBE AGOM 100Days in Office Speech.

 AS WE MARK ONE MONTH IN OFFICE:

My gratitude goes to God, the good people of Cross River North and my friends, from within and outside of Cross River State, as I mark my first Month in Office, as Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Representing the good people of Cross River North.

It is not a day to reminisce on our ugly past but a day to give glory to God. In saying so, we cannot help, but remember the Souls of the faithful departed in the unfolding events, that led to my emergence. May their gentle Souls RIP and may God do his Will, with the Assailants. Vengeance is not in our hands,but we will serve our people in a manner that will vindicate them and what they stood for, as members of the "Unconquered Generation".

To my Opponents, I thought we were done with the struggle but you are still so bitter and your Media boys have gone gaga, dragging us in to the murky waters of character assassination. No one has monopoly of acting in an Untoward manner or being mischievous. Let us move on and prepare to meet in the field, in 2023, by the grace of God. I am your Senator and there's nothing anyone can do about it. It is Providence! You have to live with it, just like the parents of the Boys your people murdered are forced to accept the ugly fate. We should remember that, we will not be in Government House forever or enjoy immunity forever. The day of reckoning will come and we will all be faced with the realities of life. Retributive Justice is real.

May God see us through the trying times,
as we grapple with the experience of a "phenomenon" in the governance of Cross River State.

My promise to the good People of Cross River North, across Party lines, is that the narrative must change, for good, as I am poised to doing my best, by His grace.
